Privacy Notice

1. Scope

1.1This Notice describes how Triptimize, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Triptimize"), handles Personal Information in connection with the website at triptimize.app (the "Site") and with business enquiries made to Triptimize.

1.2"Personal Information" means information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to an individual.

1.3This Notice does not govern information processed within a deployment of the Triptimize planner for an airline or other business customer. That processing is governed by the written agreement between Triptimize and that customer.

2. Information Collected

2.1The pages of the Site contain no forms, set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising scripts.

2.2The Site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. The hosting provider records standard server logs, which include the IP address of each request.

2.3The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. A visitor's browser requests those files from Google, which receives the visitor's IP address.

2.4A visitor who books a call does so through Google Calendar appointment scheduling. Triptimize receives the name, email address and any details the visitor enters.

2.5Triptimize receives the content of any email or message sent to it, together with the sender's contact details.

2.6The Site links to a sample demonstration of the planner at demo.triptimize.app, which a visitor may load in a frame on the Site or open directly. The demonstration loads maps and photographs from Google, which receives the visitor's IP address, and may store information in the visitor's browser to keep a plan between screens. A visitor who chooses to keep a sample trip provides an email address, which Triptimize stores with that trip.

3. Use of Personal Information

3.1Triptimize uses Personal Information to respond to enquiries, to schedule and hold calls, and to operate and secure the Site.

3.2Triptimize does not sell Personal Information and does not use it for advertising.

4. Disclosure

4.1Triptimize discloses Personal Information to service providers that host the Site and provide its email, calendar and mapping services, each acting on Triptimize's instructions or under its own published terms.

4.2Triptimize discloses Personal Information where the law requires it.

4.3Triptimize may transfer Personal Information to a successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Notice.

5. Retention

5.1Triptimize retains business correspondence and call records for as long as needed for the purposes in clause 3 and to meet legal obligations.

6. Requests

6.1An individual may ask Triptimize to provide, correct or delete Personal Information held about them by writing to admin@triptimize.app. Triptimize responds in accordance with applicable law.

7. Children

7.1The Site is directed to businesses. Triptimize does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children.

8. Changes

8.1Triptimize may amend this Notice by posting a revised version on the Site with a new effective date.
